電化學(ECD)

電化學技術的工作原理是擴散,樣品氣體通過傳感器頂部的氣透膜,當氣體到達電極時發生電化學反應。這個化學反應在工作電極和對電極之間產生電流,這個電流與被測氣體的濃度成正比。
