非分光紫外(NDUV)
非分光紫外技術(NDUV,Non-dispersive UV)是一種基于氣體吸收理論的方法。紫外光源發出的窄線寬紫外光線,經過待測的氣體吸收之后,產生與氣體濃度成正比的光譜強度變化,通過檢測光強變化量從而計算待測氣體的濃度。
與非分光紅外(NDIR)相比,由于紫外光源窄帶寬、冷光源的特性,以及在紫外波段部分待測氣體具有較高的吸收系數。因此,NDUV技術可以很好避免氣體間的相互干擾、使用壽命長,檢測下限低,特別適合于ppm范圍內的分析。此外,NDUV技術不受水蒸氣濃度的干擾影響,進一步提高了檢測精度和抗干擾性。
