可調諧半導體激光(TDLAS)

可調諧半導體激光吸收光譜法(TDLAS),是利用半導體激光器的波長調諧特性和待測氣體對激光的選擇性吸收進行氣體濃度檢測的一種技術。具有高靈敏度、實時、動態、多組分同時測量的優點。其原理是可調諧半導體激光器在驅動電流的調制下,發射出特定波長的激光,隨著注入周期性電流的調制,激光波長產生周期性變化,使激光中心波長調節到待測氣體的吸收譜線,發生選擇性吸收,再利用經過氣體吸收得到的光譜強度信號反演出待測氣體的濃度。因為半導體激光器的高單色性,可以利用待測氣體分子的一條孤立的吸收譜線進行測量,避免了不同分子光譜的交叉干擾,從而準確的鑒別出待測氣體。
