超聲波(Ultrasonic)
超聲波氣體傳感是根據超聲波傳播中聲速差的原理(又稱超聲波時差法)來計算氣體濃度和流速。超聲波在下游方向的傳播速度會增加,而在反方向的傳播速度會降低,通過一對超聲波換能器交替(或同時)發射和接收超聲波。通過觀察超聲波在介質(氣體或液體)中上游和反向流動傳播時間的差異,間接測量流體速度,然后根據流體速度計算出流量數據。
